NOODLE PUDDING

  • 1/2 lb. thin noodles
  • 1 cup sugar & 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. farmer cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup of crushed cornflakes

Beat eggs adn sugar, add milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, farmer cheese & cream cheese. Melt butter in oven in a 13X9 deep glass dish. Pour the melted butter over cooked noodles and toss. Add cheese mixture to noodles and gently mix. Pour in glass baking dish. Mix crushed cornflakes, cinnamon & 1/2 Tbsp sugar together adn top over noodle pudding. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hrs but check after one hour. Cool down before serving. This is also a delicious side cold or warm. *** Best results is to cut this when it is cold, the re-heat.***
